Poster Submission
Applications for the poster session must be submitted online, detailing applicant¡¯s personal information and abstract. The deadline has been passed but we are still accepting online submission. Posters prepared by participants and invited from particle physics laboratories will be on display during the poster session, August 16-17, 2007. A list of accepted posters will appear in the proceedings.

Best Poster Award
The Symposium will also feature a Best Poster Award which will be presented at the close of conference. The criteria, prizes and awards are to be decided.

Guidelines for the Preparation of Posters
 
Poster Specifications
Poster boards will be 2.4 meters high by 1 meter wide and will be free standing. (The usable surface on the poster board will be no larger than 90 cm wide x 150 cm high. Displays will be affixed with tape and will be supplied. The use of tacks will not be allowed. Please prepare your poster on one sheet of paper. Alternatively, presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets if so desired.

Schedule for Display, Mounting, and Removal
¡¤ Posters will be on display from Thursday, August 16 to Friday, August 17, 2007.
¡¤ Poster mounting will be possible on : Thursday, August 16, 2007, from 08:30 to 12:00.
¡¤ Removal will be possible on: Friday, August 17, 2007, from 17:00.
Please note that posters remaining on display after the symposium closes will be taken down by the staff of the conference center and will not be stored or sent to the authors.
¡¤ You will find your poster board number on the website about 2-3 weeks before the symposium and in the final program, that you will receive at the registration desk.
